I cannot believe how long it has been since I dusted off this journal. In truth, I am amazed that the pages are even still holding together as well as they are. But then, I take excellent care of my things.

I have returned to the Crossing at last to continue my training as an Empath. So much has changed since last I was here. The Empath Guild is filled with strange plants that apparently are bonded to Empaths and can help patients with their wounds. I have not the skill to summon this plant yet, though I am eager to grow so that I might know the feeling. 

The crafting guilds, still so new when last I visited, are filled with hustle and bustle now. There are so many things to learn. Loving gardening and herbology as I do, I've taken up alchemy and I greatly enjoy it. I only hope to grow and learn more with each passing day. So too have I returned to foraging, trying to find some of the herbs for myself. I am still not sure if the potency is better or worse than those from the shops. Time will tell.
